What is your cancelation policy?

To ensure optimal scheduling and availability for all clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee or result in loss of the appointment deposit.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best service possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

What types of payment do you accept?

Cash, Credit Card, Apple Pay and Paypal (Paypal offers a buy-now-pay-later option called PayPal Pay Later to those who qualify)

Do you take insurance or HSA/FSA payments?

At ELEVATE SONOMA Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, we do not work directly with insurance nor do we process HSA or FSA cards, as we are a wellness facility rather than a medical facility. However, if your insurance plan covers Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, we recommend arranging your treatment through Advanced Oxygen Therapy in Marin. For wellness-focused HBOT sessions, we are happy to assist you here at our facility.

What is your refund policy?

At ELEVATE SONOMA Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, we do not offer refunds on any of our products or services. However, we understand that circumstances may prevent you from using all your membership sessions within the allotted time. Therefore, we provide the option to roll over any unused membership sessions to a future period, ensuring you have the flexibility to utilize your sessions when it is most convenient for you.

Package Terms & Conditions

  • All HBOT and RLT packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Discounted, promotional, seasonal, or introductory packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Packages are non-refundable but may be transferred once to another individual with written approval.

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time.

  • Expiration dates ensure that packages purchased at older rates are redeemed within the valid usage window.

  • Unused sessions after the expiration date are forfeited and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or credited.

  • By purchasing a package, the client agrees to all terms listed above.

Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Memberships are billed monthly and require a minimum 3-month commitment unless otherwise stated.

  • Unused monthly sessions do roll over and expire at the end of each billing cycle.

  • Membership pricing is guaranteed only for active, continuous members. If a membership is canceled or lapses, future re-enrollment will be subject to current rates.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Discounts associated with memberships (on add-on services, retail, protocols, etc.) apply only while the membership remains active.

  • 30 day notice to terminate memebership.

  • Elevate Sonoma reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with 30 days’ notice.
    By activating a membership, the client agrees to all terms listed above.

What to do if I have a question after business hours?

If it is a life threatening emergency call 911 and go to the nearest hospital. If it is not an emergency please call or email and we will get back to you during normal business hours.
