Contraindications

HBOT has been reported to have beneficial effects for a wide range of conditions, without negative side effects. Nevertheless, as with many treatments, there are contraindications, including: acute asthmatic attack; high fever; seizure disorder; optic neuritis; pneumothorax; COPD; emphysema; ear infection or blocked ear canals; sinus or upper respiratory infection; pneurysm; glaucoma; pregnancy; severe heart or lung disease; congenital spherocytosis; or clients currently taking Cisplatinum, Disulphiram, or Doxorubicin medications.

  • All HBOT and RLT packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Discounted, promotional, seasonal, or introductory packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Packages are non-refundable and non-transfurable.

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time. Expiration dates ensure that packages purchased at older rates are redeemed within the valid usage window.

  • Unused sessions after the expiration date are forfeited and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or credited.

  • By purchasing a package, the client agrees to all terms listed above.

Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Memberships are billed monthly and require a minimum 3-month commitment unless otherwise stated.

  • Unused monthly sessions do roll over and expire at the end of each billing cycle.

  • Membership pricing is guaranteed only for active, continuous members. If a membership is canceled or lapses, future re-enrollment will be subject to current rates.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • After the initial three (3) month commitment has been fulfilled, memberships may be canceled with thirty (30) days’ written notice. The membership will remain active, and billing will continue, during the 30-day notice period. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time or sessions.

  • Discounts associated with memberships (on add-on services, retail, protocols, etc.) apply only while the membership remains active.

  • Elevate Sonoma reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with 30 days’ notice.
    By activating a membership, the client agrees to all terms listed above.
